We currently deliver via registered courier/transport partners to most serviceable pincodes across India, subject to local explosive transport regulations. Some remote areas or state-specific restrictions may not be serviceable - our team will contact you if your area is affected after you place an order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available everywhere we deliver. Online payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets) is available where enabled - you will see the option at checkout if it is turned on for your order.

Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, open flames, and children's reach. Do not store loose fireworks near flammable materials.

Always burst crackers in open, well-ventilated outdoor areas, away from dry leaves, thatched roofs, and parked vehicles. Keep a bucket of water or sand nearby, light one item at a time at arm's length, never relight a "dud", and ensure adult supervision for anything used by children (like sparklers).

For safety and regulatory reasons, fireworks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will make it right.

Yes, we stock certified green/reduced-emission variants where available for categories covered by that standard - look for the "Green Cracker" note in the product description.

Once logged in, go to "My Orders" to see the live status of every order (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered). We also notify you by email when your order is placed.
